Shipping & Handling
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. All orders are packed & insulated with dry ice and shipped priority (2-3 days) via UPS or USPS by the following Tuesday/Wednesday after your order is placed. All final invoices are attached with a tracking number, and unfortunately we are unable to accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages at this time. Additionally, please ensure all shipping addresses are accurate to prevent any delays or errors with your order. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services. Should your order be returned, a new shipping invoice will be drafted and must be paid before your order is re-shipped. However, you will not be charged for a remake for your order. We do not recommend providing a P.O. Box as your shipping address.
For gifting or catering orders, please contact The Baker’s Den directly via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to specialize your order. Gift orders include a complimentary (birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc) card with the option of a personalized message. Gift orders will not include packing slips or receipts, however will include a description of order.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with you order please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know, as we may be able to work on an alternate solution.
Unfortunately, we are not an allergy-free bakery. The Baker’s Den uses shared equipment that processes dairy, peanuts, tree-nuts and gluten. However, if you do have allergies (minor or severe) please don’t hesitate to communicate with us as we already do our best to prevent cross contamination & will work even harder for your specific order.
